Website Process

Domain Names

To begin your website process, we will help you either register a new domain name (for example or establish where an existing domain you already own is currently registered.

Website Hosting

A hosting plan is basically renting your space on the internet for as long as you wish to keep your website. Charged on an annual basis, we will help you set up an appropriate hosting account for your website.

Please note: we advise all clients to keep their domain registration and website hosting under their own name, rather than ourselves, as it is vital that you always have full control over your online profile. You will receive notification directly from the hosting company when your domain or hosting are up for renewal.

After consultation about your website objectives, we will create the layout design for your new site, using your existing brand elements. We will need you to provide text and photo content about your company, products or services.

Once you have approved the design of your new site, we will begin the programming process to bring your website to life, using WordPress for the majority of sites we create.

Social Media

Depending on your type of business or organisation, various social media platforms are essential for promoting your online profile. We can integrate any of your chosen social platforms into your new website.

Website Training

Upon completion of the structure and content of your new site, we will plan a one-on-one training session on how to update your website. We also create a training manual with step-by-step instructions, as well as your critical passwords.

Other website elements

SSL Certificate

An SSL certificate is a type of digital certificate that provides authentication for a website and enables an encrypted connection, allowing for greater website security. We recommend addition of an SSL certificate to all clients, which can be added to your regular hosting account.

We always include personalised email accounts when we create your website. Emails can be set up to be used in multiple applications, such as Outlook or Gmail, and also accessed on a phone or mobile device. You can raise the level of prestige and branding for your business with an email address that includes your company name or services.
